 Definition 1: A penis that appears to be small in its flaccid state, but becomes much more impressive once aroused. |
 Usage Example: "Her first impression of my love hammer was all wrong - once the shy rooster was out of the coop it would make her squeal like a pig." It should also be noted that the shy rooster is often accompanied by, but not to be confused with, a shy bladder (see also: pee shy). |
