 Definition 1: Tie a shit-stained pair of underwear securely to the INSIDE handle of the main public washroom door. That way, the next guy will come in, the door will close behind him as he does his business, but when he goes to leave, he will find he cannot pull the door open again without grabbing the shitty underwear on the handle. |
 Usage Example: Bill: "What took you so long?"
