OK you fucking inbreed hicks the point of punching the girl in the back is so she does not pass out if you hit a girl in the back of the head so hard that it causes her to clinch there is a chance she will pass out or die. The lower back on a girl is very sensitive so you dont have to hit it hard its the same thing if the girl laughs or coughs.
